Who we are

navolabz builds websites, AI agents and content for businesses. Our office is at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, USA. For anything about your personal information, write to chris@navolabz.co.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to send us, and the little that any website needs in order to work.

• What you send through the form: your name, your email address, your mobile number if you give one, and what you need.
• What you tell us when you write to us by email or on WhatsApp.
• How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed and the page that sent you here. They reach us together with the form.
• Technical information: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages requested, with the date and time. Our hosting provider records these in its server logs, and we use your IP address for a short time to stop the form being misused.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Your browser keeps one small note for the length of your visit, so that the opening animation plays only once. It is never sent to us.

If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

• To reply to you and understand what you need.
• To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you.
• To keep this website secure and working.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there, under its own terms and privacy policy;

We and our providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No website and no way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Links to other sites

This website links to services we do not run, such as WhatsApp and social networks. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
